A small insider’s tip: You can often find nice texture replacements/ small variations of Sims 2 clothing on the default database and a lot of them have a custom version somewhere (often linked in the description of the default replacement post). And then there are just the little odds and ends you find scrolling through Tumblr, like this conversion/ edit by (which I’m using for my adult Klara Vonderstein.
